Programs Director's Speech

My sons and daughters, students of the College of Engineering,
The College of Engineering at Benha National University in Al-Obour City aims to be one of the most important engineering institutions within the Arab Republic of Egypt, and also internationally at both regional and global levels. The academic regulations of the college have been designed based on a credit hour system in accordance with the reference framework for preparing undergraduate programs in engineering colleges, issued by the Engineering and Technology Sector Committee of the Supreme Council of Universities. These regulations are crafted to keep pace with current developments in engineering and technology worldwide, equipping students with various skills such as innovation, solving complex engineering problems, decision-making, project management and organization, communication skills, and teamwork.
The design of the regulations ensures that most courses in each engineering program include practical and applied aspects, with a strong emphasis on summer training in institutions, companies, or consulting offices related to the specialization. This provides students with the opportunity to apply what they study in the job market after graduation.
Finally, I hope that all students of the college, after reviewing this guide, will have formed a brief idea about the College of Engineering and its departments at Benha National University, hoping that God Almighty grants all students success and achievement.
